The “Da Vinci – Sea & Spa Resort” complex is situated in a place where the mountain slops meet the sea coast, where the climate conditions, the land shaft and the natural beach allow the formation of unique complex for all year round usage.
The place, where the complex is developing, is just minutes away from the central beach. The right shape of the plot of land and its orientation to the south guarantees a maximum bright view to the sea from all apartments in the building.
The complex is divided to 6 general combined sections.  This division in sections allows the avoidance of big common parts and the location of limited number of apartments on each floor. Each section owns a stairwell and a convenient lift. By designing the complex the main priority was shown to the right situation of the apartments in order to get a maximum view to the sea.
Sections A and B are located on the west part of the complex. On the ground floor are the shops and offices facing the main alley leading to the beach of Saint Vlas.
